Your order moves through three stages:

• Processing: 48–72 hours
• Figurine creation: 8–12 days
• Shipping: 5–8 days, depending on location

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase. After processing is complete and production begins, cancellations and refunds are unavailable, except where required by law.

If your figurine arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, or your order appears lost, email myfigurifyhelp@gmail.com with your order number and photos where applicable. We’ll help resolve it under our refund policy. For a change-of-mind cancellation, contact us within 48 hours of purchase; once production begins, custom orders generally cannot be canceled, except where required by law.

We use your uploaded photo as the reference for your pet’s markings, expression and pose. Each custom figurine is made individually, so small differences can occur. For the best result, upload a clear, well-lit photo showing the details you want us to capture.

We use premium materials to craft each figurine by hand, ensuring a high-quality finish every time.

Choose Dog or Cat, select the keepsake set you want, then upload a sharp PNG or JPEG photo. A front-facing or three-quarter view in natural light works best; avoid heavy filters and cropped ears or paws. If you choose two figurines, provide a photo for each one.
